Tech Solidarity is a 501(c)4 grass-roots organization with the motto "technology serves people". It represents an attempt in the period 2016-2018 to organize tech workers around an ethical agenda through collective action and the creative use of American labor law.
Since 2018, the group has concentrated on fundraising from the tech community for candidates for public office.
In 2020, Tech Solidarity is promoting a Great Slate of Congressional candidates running in four states, and a State Slate of state-level campaigns across the country.
The most useful thing on this site are the security briefings on the resources page, which remain up-to-date.
There are no events planned in the coming months.
Tech Solidarity was founded in November of 2016 by Maciej Ceglowski, a San Francisco web developer.
